I combine counselling, mindfulness, and coaching to help you explore your emotions, thought patterns, and the stories you’ve been carrying—about yourself, your worth, and your place in the world.
Together, we look at how past experiences shape the beliefs you hold, the roles you’ve learned to play, and the identity you’ve had to build to stay safe. From there, we begin to gently loosen what no longer serves you and reconnect with what’s real, honest, and yours.
