These workshops are grounded in my own lived experience of navigating trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.
Over time, I’ve learned what it means to rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and connection within myself—and I bring that understanding into how I guide others.
My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed perspectives with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centered on choice, compassion, and emotional safety.
Each workshop may include:
· Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation
· Somatic tools to help you notice and release where emotions are held in the body
· Mindfulness and reflective practices such as guided meditation and journaling
· Trauma-informed principles, where sharing is always optional
I don’t teach from a distance—I share parts of my own story because I understand how isolating this process can feel.
My intention is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and leave with tools you can return to in your everyday life.
