About Justyna’s Approach:

The workshops are grounded in my own journey of healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve learnt what it means to rebuild safety, trust and connection with myself — and I bring those lessons into how I guide others.


My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed practices with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centred on choice, compassion and emotional safety.


Each session includes:


· Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation

· Somatic tools to notice and release where emotions live in the body

· Mindfulness and reflective practices such as guided meditation and journalling.

· Trauma-informed principles, so sharing is always optional


I don’t teach from a distance — I share parts of my own story because I know how isolating healing can feel. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with tools you can use every day.

The Nervous System as a Storyteller:

Understanding and Regulating Your Body’s Stress Responses

Your body remembers what your mind forgets. This workshop explores how stress and past experiences shape your inner world — and how understanding your nervous system can help you return to safety and balance.

Reclaiming Your Right to Say No

When saying NO feels like losing love, boundaries can feel impossible. This session explores why setting boundaries can feel so uncomfortable — and how to start honouring your needs with more ease and self-respect.
