2. What can I expect during a session?
Each session is an opportunity for reflection, healing, and growth, where I hold you to your highest potential. A safe, non-judgmental space is created for you to openly explore your thoughts and emotions. I believe the knowledge and wisdom you seek already exist within you—we just need to tap into it.
Using a blend of powerful questions, active listening, and curiosity, I guide you toward self-discovery and help you unlock the insights that lead to healing. We’ll focus on understanding and integrating different parts of yourself, addressing unresolved traumas, and navigating current challenges. My role is to support and guide you in reconnecting with your inner strength and knowledge.
Holistic therapy is about facilitating meaningful, long-lasting shifts that allow you to heal, grow, and thrive in alignment with your true self.
3. What are your session fees and packages?
My session pricing is as follows:
· Individual sessions: AUD 100 per session (the first two sessions are free).
· Packages:
- 8 sessions for AUD 680
-12 sessions for AUD 960
You can choose to pay upfront or via a payment plan to suit your needs.
4. Are your services only available online or in person?
I offer both online and in-person (depending on distance) sessions to accommodate your preferences. Whether you’re local or based internationally, you can access holistic therapy sessions that fit your schedule and comfort level.
5. How long does it take to see results?
The healing process is highly individual and depends on the nature of the challenges you are facing and your willingness to engage with the therapy. Some clients begin to notice changes within a few sessions, while others may need a longer commitment to see significant progress. I recommend committing to a series of sessions to allow for deeper healing.
6. Can I book a free consultation?
Yes! I offer two complimentary initial sessions, giving us the opportunity to get to know each other, explore your needs, and determine if we’re a good fit to work together. This allows you to experience my approach firsthand and understand how it can benefit you, all before making any commitment to future sessions.
7. How do I book a session?
You can easily book a session through my website, either by using the form in the 'Contact' section or our automated booking system. I offer flexible scheduling options to suit your needs.
8. What if I’ve never tried holistic therapy before?
That’s perfectly fine! You don’t need any prior experience to benefit from holistic therapy. I will guide you through each session, explaining the processes and making sure you feel comfortable and supported.
9. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.
10. How do you handle confidentiality?
Your privacy is something I take very seriously. Everything we talk about in our sessions stays completely confidential, and I handle your personal information with the greatest care and respect. You can feel safe knowing that what you share is protected.
11. Do you have insurance coverage for your holistic therapy services?
Yes, I am fully insured with a Combined Malpractice, Public, and Products Liability policy through AON. This includes Civil Liability Professional Indemnity and Public and Products Liability coverage. This ensures that both my clients and I are protected during sessions, giving you peace of mind that you are in safe hands.
